Safety is a top priority at MRT. We prioritize safety through various measures, which include:

 

• Conducting weekly maintenance and inspections on all trucks, spoolers, and equipment by our Certified Master Technician.

• Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in our tools, trucks, banding boxes, spoolers, work gear, and shop with regular care.

• Providing pre-employment and ongoing safety training for all employees.

• Conducting weekly safety inspections to identify any potential hazards.

• Performing job safety inspections

 

To ensure the safety of our operators, we provide them with personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes fire-retardant uniforms (FDR), steel-toed boots, safety glasses, hard hats, gloves, hearing protection devices, and H2S monitors. Additionally, we understand the importance of providing comfort during high environmental temperatures. Therefore, we also offer ice, coolers, and refreshments to our spooling and banding operators in such conditions.
